MICHELLE GLOVER
Michelle Glover is the Founder and CEO of Journey Unlimited Consulting. Her career & life coaching business helps leaders and professionals design their lives, careers, and businesses in a balanced, exciting and intentional way, a way that provides complete fulfillment and realization of true potential. Through individual career coaching, interactive team workshops, and facilitated company culture transformations, Journey Unlimited Consulting is committed to each of their clients creating a clear vision for their future and a plan to achieve it! |
Prior to her role as CEO, Michelle spent over 13 years working for a top Fortune 100 global company in various fields of human resources. She was seen as a valued HR partner to her business leaders as she could translate the complexity of company’s goals into HR strategic plans that delivered business results.
In 2015, Michelle took a leap of faith to pursue her passion of helping people find fulfillment in their work. She leverages her years of corporate experience in leadership development, change management, and training to design innovative strategies to help her clients (individuals and companies) achieve their goals.
“As an HR consultant and talent and leadership development manager, I encountered too many people chronically stressed and frustrated because they were working in a career that did not utilize their unique strengths. This discontentment not only impacted their work, but it also impacted their personal lives and even their health. I formed Journey Unlimited Consulting to help people take control of their careers. My goal is to empower professionals to unleash the greatness within themselves; to walk with boldness to the future they crave.” Michelle
In addition to her role as CEO, Michelle serves on the Executive Committee of the Atlanta Black Chambers, Inc. as the Chair of the Women’s League. She also serves on the Board of the National Association of African Americans in HR. When she is not working, Michelle finds time to volunteer as a visitor liaison with the National Center for Civil & Human Rights.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Winthrop University and a Master of Human Resources from the University of South Carolina. Michelle is also a graduate of the Certified Professional Life Coach program at the Christian Coach Institute.
