Floyd D. Burrell is a San Francisco native, where he grew up in the Fillmore and Bayview Hunter’s Point areas.  He has more than twenty-seven years of experience in the healthcare industry - seven years of counseling in substance abuse/addiction, and twenty years in mental health and addiction counseling, and has been with Kaiser Permanente for seven years.  


It was out of his love for people, that in 2009 Floyd started his own company, FEAR (Face Everything And Recover).  FEAR is not just a motto or acronym, but it’s Floyd’s lifelong and committed ‘lifestyle’.

Floyd’s community roots are deep and he is intentional about volunteering his time with non-profit organizations - to name a few NFL Alumni Northern Branch, Caring For Kids and Juvenile and Jails.
